Our senior partners have on average 20 years of experience in their respective industries. This operational background coupled with industry knowledge and understanding of the capital markets provide TeamITF with the insight and vision to enhance a client's business prior to the addition of equity or debt capital.

Subsequent to a collaborative evaluation of and agreement on the most effective strategy, TeamITF will introduce relationships and capital that will enhance the client’s valuation and accelerate capitalization.

The capital partner (venture, corporate and/or industry) ultimately selected will have the ability to enhance the client's business through its existing portfolio, client base and relationships. Additionally, the credibility of the partner may serve to increase the visibility and valuation of the client, thereby effectively decreasing dilution in any further capital round.
